She has worked with foundations, impact investors, and regional organizations, advised governments and multilaterals, and supported entrepreneurs on resource mobilization and partnerships.
Emilene Martinez Morales
Founding Partner
Emilene brings 20+ years of experience strengthening institutions and civil society in over 80 countries. She has led large-scale initiatives, designed adaptive financing and partnership models, and built coalitions that expand reach and resilience.
